Order Online
Pay online and receive a 5% discount on all first-time web orders (one per customer) using your credit or debit card. Choose between paying via a major credit or debit card or PayPal. Our partnership with Braintree by PayPal, a third-party payment gateway provider, provides the highest level of security and assurance for online purchass. Order by Email
Save your online cart with shipping charges and details, and attach your order as a PDF document via email to sales@gerardaflaguecollection.com. We will contact you to obtain the necessary information to complete 

Order by Phone
You can order by phone with your credit card or debit card. For orders placed by phone, we will be using Securenet as our credit card processing partner. If you want us to take your order over the phone, fill in the contact page below and someone will contact you. Please indicate what time you would want to be contacted, indicating your time zone.

Order by PayPal Invoice
If you would like to pay via PayPal, we can send you an invoice to your email and you can pay that way. Be sure to send us a list of items, the quantities, and shipping information so we can adequately invoice you for your order. Email us at sales@gerardaflaguecollection.com. In your email, go ahead and cut and paste the URL so that we can be sure that we are fulfilling the exact product style and options.

Order by Postal Money Order
If you do not have a credit or debit card to order online, you may select your products on our website, add it to your cart, and select the estimated shipping charges to determine the total cost of your order. Send us a USPS money order in the total amount that you determined (product plus shipping and handling). Also, please print your cart and send it with your payment. Alternatively, if you don't have a printer, write down your products you would like, the quantities for each, and the money order that reflects products + shipping. Don't forget to send us your shipping address as well. Please email us at sales@gerardaflaguecollection.com for our mailing address you should use to send us your money order. (We do not accept personal checks).

Fax Orders
We do not accept fax orders. 

Order by Mail
Send us your order requests including product, style, color, options, quantities, and shipping information. If you don't have access to print out your cart, we will contact you to verify the shipping charges, and then we will let you know the total cost of your products including shipping is. Our mailing address is Gerard Aflague Collection at 9795 Bucknell Way, Littleton, CO 80129. Payment can be made via credit card or USPS money order. We will contact you via phone for credit card payments.

Wholesale Purchases
If you are an organization that would like to make a large order or would like to purchase for retail sale, contact us via email and let's discuss how we can help you. We offer custom designs for specific products as requested.

Exchange Policy
Products purchased (which are not personalized) may be exchanged, based on its value. However, the customer will be responsible for shipping it to us at their expense. Products must be in its original condition. We cannot exchange or refund products that are personalized (except in cases where such products are found to have defects that we didn't identify upon shipping it to you). Note: There are some cases where personalized products can be exchanged. Contact us for details.

In cases where an exchange is requested because of a defect in production that we did not identify prior to shipping out, we will evaluate the case to determine if reshipping the product back to us is feasible, and to determine who will be responsible for paying shipping. We are reasonable and will make every effort to make things right for you our paying customer.

Refund/Return Policy
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. If for some reason your product was found to be defective for any reason, we will make it right. (Photos may be requested in certain cases to ascertain a claim being made). If you or your recipient(s) are not 100% satisfied, let us know and we will make it right.

If a refund is in order for the specific situation that you may have encountered, we will make the refund directly back on your credit card. Returns are allowable, based on the circumstances that each case presents itself. Email us if you find that a refund or return is desired.
