This 2" ceramic cookie stamp makes a raised shape of a rooster design on the top of cut dough. The two best cookie recipes to use with this product include a butter shortbread and the Guam rosketti recipes.

This is only a stamp. You must have a cookie cutter of your desired size and style to punch out the dough before stamping your design. If you want a random rough edge, just roll balls of desired size and press down.

Cookie stamp impresses a 1.75 inch design on your dough, however, during the baking process, cookies will expand and be slightly bigger than 2 inches.
For best design results, we suggest that you experiment with Guam's favorite rosketti cookie recipe.
Other Useful Tips for making cookies Look their best Using our stamp
1. Lightly flour the counter surface where you are going to roll your dough.
2. Roll balls and press with our stamp.
3. If you desire a clean perimeter with a design, first cut out circles or scalloped edges before pressing with our stamp.
4. Bake as desired.
Caring for your cutter/stamp
Your cookie stamp is manufactured using ceramic. Ensure you prewash and air dry your product before using it. If you must, please allow it to air dry well before reusing.
In our kitchen lab tests, our cookies turned out with an obvious raised stamp texture. We found that seasoning this cutter stamp with cooking spray is best. If any dough gets stuck in the tiny crevices, please use a toothpick to remove any dough that remains.
While not all cookie dough recipes work with our stamps, we have tested the recipe below in our kitchen and have found it to work wonderfully. You may find other stamp recipes on the Internet as well. Like any baking effort, we suggest that you modify your recipes, bake times, and temperatures to come up with your perfect cookies. Baking is a science and art, so keep experimenting.
