Proudly wear or gift a Mariånas cultural necklace crafted by Guam-artisan Lopaka KThis Chamoru sinahi (crecent moon shape) pendant and darker beads of the same material is complemented by a spondylus-beaded necklace offering a timeless look representing native jewelry of the Chamoru people. This necklace has a sliding back strap to allow one to adjust the height of the sinahi displayed on one's chest (see photo for two example).

The pendant and dark-colored beads are handcrafted from water buffalo or karabao horn from these docile land mammals that once grazed in the Mariånas. The orange-colored beads are crafted meticulously by hand from spondylus shell. The materials to make this necklace are mostly resourced from Guam and/or the CNMI.

The sinahi pendant in these photos is approximately 4 inches wide x 1 inch high x .25 inch thick.
